Louis Finos, PT
Lou earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Wayne State University in 1976. He entered private practice in the Lansing area in 1980. His areas of specialization include orthopedics and administration. Lou treats patients at the East Lansing clinic.

Andrew May, PT
Andy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Michigan-Flint in 1985. His areas of specialization include orthopedics and geriatrics. He is a representative on the Michigan Board of Physical Therapy. Andy treats patients at the Delta clinic.

Occupational Therapists and Certified Hand Therapists

Sharalee Boda, OTR-L, CHT
Sharalee earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Eastern Michigan University in 1994. She became a Certified Hand Therapist in 2001. She is also certified in Functional Capacity Evaluations and Job Site Analysis. Sharalee treats patients at the East Lansing clinic.

Kathy Gorton, OTR-L, CHT
Kathy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Western Michigan University in 1982. She became a Certified Hand Therapist in 1991. Kathy treats patients at the East Lansing and Delta clinics.

Physical Therapists

Nichole Doorn, DPT
Nichole received her Bachelor of Science degree from Lyman Briggs School-Physiology in May 2005 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Central Michigan University in May of 2009. She has experience in in-patient long-term rehabilitation and in-patient acute-care rehabilitation. Nichole treats patients at our East Lansing and Mid-Michigan clinics.

Kristen McDermaid, DPT
Kristen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in human biology and kinesiology from Michigan State University in 2004.  She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Wayne State University in 2008.  Her areas of specialization include pediatrics and manual therapy.  She treats patients at the DeWitt and Mid-Michigan clinics.

Jim Fradette, PT
Jim earned of Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Michigan-Flint in 2001. His Bachelor of Science degree is in Health Fitness and Rehabilitation Medicines, received from Central Michigan University in 1997. Jim treats patients at the Charlotte clinic.

Heather earned an Associate of Applied Sciences degree from Kellogg Community College in 2000. She treat patients at the Charlotte clinic.

Ashley Burger, MT
Ashley earned a Massage Therapy Certificate from Lansing Community College in 2005. She provides massage therapy at the Charlotte and East Lansing clinics.

Jamie "Jay" Burlingame, PTA
Jay earned an Associate of Applied Science degree from Baker College-Allen Park in 2008. He treats patients at the Lansing clinic.

Mary Campbell, PTA
Mary earned an Associate of Applied Sciences degree from Kellogg Community College in 1983. She treats patients at the Delta clinic.

Maria Carroll, PTA, CPT, TPICGFI
Maria earned an Associate of Applied Sciences degree from Davenport College. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Titleist Performance Institute Certified Golf Fitness Instructor. Nissae is a graduate of Kellogg Community College with an
Associate of Applied Sciences degree in Physical Therapy Assistant in May of 2008. She currently is working toward a Bachelor's degree in Pre-Med Biology at Olivet College. She treats patients at the Charlotte clinic.

Cherie Gibbs, PTA
Cherie earned an Associate of Applied Sciences degree from Davenport College in 2003. She treats patients at the Lansing clinic.

Erica Harrell, PTA
Erica earned an Associate of Applied Sciences degree from Davenport University in 2002. She treats patients at the East Lansing clinic.

Brenda Leonard, PTA
Brenda earned her Associate of Applied Sciences degree from Kellogg Community College in May 2009. She is currently seeing patients at our East Lansing Clinic.

Suzan Rosendale, PTA
Suzan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine from Grand Valley State University. She has an Associate of Applied Sciences degree from Baker College. Suzan treats patients at the DeWitt clinic.

Deonte Banks, CPT
Deonte earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Michigan State University. He is a certified personal trainer. Deonte is available for personal training services by appointment. He currently works as an aide and in our fitness center in Lansing Township.

Anna Dutton, ATC
Anna earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Central Michigan University. She is our Director of Athletic Training Services. Anna treats patients at the Delta clinic.
